Hello Ladies,

This is my first experience with any kind of internet socializing. I'm interested in meeting new people, making new friends, and experiencing new places.

I'm a native Californian and wouldn't want it any other way, I love the sunshine. I divorced 5 years ago after a 23-year marriage. I have 3 wonderful, grown children, and an infant granddaughter. I adopted 2 boxer dogs 4 years ago and they have become my new children.

My interests lately have been home improvement projects. Those projects are coming to an end and I'm anxious to get back to the museums and the beach. I've only discovered travling since my divorce, and I love it. I can't wait to visit more of the United States. I've also gotten into Karaoke singing. I really enjoy performing even though I may not have the greatest of voices. I'm looking for friends in my area who are interested in brunch on the weekends, a little shopping, maybe a museum.

I would love to attend plays, but I haven't been able to accomplish this except when I've visited New York, so I'm looking forward to meeting someone who could introduce me to the theatres in my area.
