My what a year this has been! I lost a job, lost my father, moved to a new location, got a new job, got married, got a newer job, moved again! I am new to the Monterey Peninsula and am loving the weather! I live with my husband within walking distance of the beach and we walk nearly every evening. We have "gone green" and don't have a car - so we walk just about everywhere we need to go! We want to invest in bikes to take advantage of that wonderful bike trail that runs along the peninsula coast.

I am friendly and miss the company of a good girlfriend to talk about trivial stuff with.... and shopping... it just isn't the same without a girlfriend in tow!!! I enjoy festivals, flea markets, crafts, and can get rowdy when it comes to watching ballgames!!

I love to read - when I get the chance.... and enjoy a good mystery novel. We don't have a TV so most of my entertainment comes from our vast DVD collection or reading!
